ReefCue is designed as a local-first reef record and decision-support application.

Information stored by ReefCue

ReefCue stores the information you enter about your reef, including tank details, water readings, livestock and coral records, observations, maintenance, vacation plans, and photos. This information is stored on your Apple device using the app's local persistence layer.

Collection and sharing

The current V1 implementation does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, remote AI, or a network account service. ReefCue does not sell your reef records. No information is sent to a remote service by the current V1 implementation.

Purchases

In-app purchase transactions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. ReefCue uses verified StoreKit transaction results to project local Pro access. Apple may process purchase information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Your control

You control the data entered into ReefCue and may remove the app and its local data using the controls provided by Apple and your device. If a future release adds a network service, this policy will be updated before that service is enabled.
