Screen Time Truth stores journal entries, check-ins, settings, and insight history locally on the device.

What We Collect

• Mood and emotion check-ins
• Trigger and usage notes entered by the user
• Reflection text the user writes
• Local settings such as language and notification preferences

What We Do Not Do

• No ads
• No selling data
• No third-party tracking
• No login required for core features
• No server account required for v1
• No app blocking, VPN, MDM, or parental control enforcement

Payments and Export

• Payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit 2
• Notifications are optional
• Data export is controlled by the user
• The user can delete data from the device

Consent

If future features use any external processing, explicit user consent will be required before that processing happens.
